No Bake, No Dairy, Nut Free Brownies



  • 1 c pitted medjool dates
  • 1 c dry oats (one minute or instant)
  • 1 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c raw cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp Wowbutter (I find this at our local Walmart market)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut milk 


Fudge Top:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 c raw cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp Wowbutter
  • 4 Tbsp raw honey or agave syrup



  1. Mix together all crust ingredients in a food processor until well blended.
  2. Spread bottom ingredients in an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan until evenly distributed, press down tight
  3. Mix together top ingredients in a food processor until well blended.
  4. Spread top blend over bottom layer base until evenly distributed.
  5. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut into squares, serve and enjoy!
  7. Re-freeze whatever you don't eat and enjoy at a later date!

Healthy Chocolate Dip (Mousse)

This may not be "low fat" but it is considered part of a healthy diet in that it is made up of primarily coconut milk.  ALso perfect for vegans and lactose free!  This sweet treat is decadent and silky.  Make for a great pairing with marshmallows, strawberries, shortbread, graham crackers.  Enjoy it by itself and call it "mousse"!  This recipe has been borrowed from
