Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter

While I have never made this EXACT recipe, we have something similar to it at the restaurant.  This dish tastes amazing with freshly grated pecorino cheese and fried sage leaves sprinkled on top.  If you are adventerous in the kitchen try making your own pasta dough.  Form your own raviolis with the help of a kitchen-aid pasta press adapter.  If you want to take an easy route, pick up some wonton wrappers and use them instead of pasta.
